1. It is technical.support US Voice process so we need excellent communication skills.
2. Excellent verbal and listening skills.
3. Ability to solve problems of customers on call and explaining the services actively
4. Basic computer knowledge.

Must Be Capable of Handling Objection and Using Product/ Service Benefits to Respond to Customer.

Responsible for identifying opportunities and establishing new business, sales turnover targets and regularly discuss/review with customers if any.
