Job Description:

– Bachelors in (Science/ IT), Masters in (Science/ IT), MCA
– Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in End-to-end high-quality programming on the Survey To Go platform
– Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner.
– Make suggestions/ recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
– Identification and implementation of innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to address programming
challenges.
– Survey preparation for fielding, data templates and field progress creations.
– Respond to queries from the data validation team in a timely manner.
– Good understanding in marketing research procedures including operational aspect especially for quantitative research
– Should be a muti-tasker and have a flexible attitude towards work.
– Should have good understanding of market research data.

[GOOD TO HAVE]
– Experience working with other survey platforms like Confirmit and Decipher.
– Experience with data tabulation tools like Dimensions, Quantum, SPSS etc.
– Must work well in a team-oriented environment and must be results driven.
– Should be a team player and preserve the organizational culture.
