Introduction: You will be responsible for managing all SMM activities that includes developing and executing content
calendars, cultivating social media communities, and tracking social media metrics. Also, you will be responsible for
creating original text and video content, managing posts and managing a company’s image on social media platforms so as
to achieve marketing goals.
Candidate Profile:
1. 5 Days Week.
2. Computer Proficiency: Good required for:
1. Google Sheets (Preferred)
2. Knowledge of keyword research.
3. Proficiency with all major social media platforms, their features & terms of service.
3. Qualification:
1. Minimum graduation.
2. Computer & other profile related certifications preferred
4. Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience required as Social Media Executive/Specialist/Manager.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Extensive understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
7. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best
practices.
8. Strong analytical skills.
Task Profile:
1. Researching and implementing SMM recommendations for content optimization.
2. Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
3. Collaborating with the team to ensure that SMM practices are implemented properly.
4. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking,
messaging and audience identification.
5. Responsible for all social content delivery across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter),
scheduling posts and stories across all accounts.
6. Creating social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and boost community engagement.
7. Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
8. Planning, developing, and executing media communication strategies and influencer marketing programs by
following the company’s business objectives.
