Responsibilities:
Coffee Machine Maintenance and Repair Operation:
Oversee and manage the coffee machine maintenance and repair operations in the West Region.
Ensure the efficient and timely servicing of coffee machines to meet customer needs.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their
performance.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Spare Parts and AMC Management:
Manage the inventory and distribution of spare parts required for coffee machine maintenance.
Administer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely service renewals.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Procurement, to optimize service processes
and enhance overall service quality.
Work towards achieving company goals and improving service efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant experience in the coffee industry, with a strong focus on coffee
machine maintenance and repair.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in spare parts and inventory management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel within the West Region as needed.
