Job Description & Responsibilities:

 Extensive knowledge of supporting pharmaceutical industry, research institute & public
sector enterprises
 10 years of hardcore instrument servicing experience including installation, repair,
calibrations and training to the customers
 Past experience for successfully meeting support team AMC, CMC, Repair, Calibration
Targets (At Least 1cr)
 Minimum 3 years of team handling experience
 Knowledge of electronics repair, automation & LAN networking
 Proficient in documentation & understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO
17025 etc
 Good communication & customer handling skills
 Responsible for servicing of all products represented by MTPL
 Skilful to learn & adapt new technologies
 Physical fit for extensive travelling
 Reliable & consistent performer
 Responsible to achieve team targets
 Support sales team for demonstration & sales lead generation
 Qualification- BE/B Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation or higher
