JOB SUMMARY:
The role holder is responsible for achieving assigned targets in the location through on-call and direct
interaction with prospective buyers to convert project-specific inquiries into sales.
Industry: Real Estate / Property
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must require hands-on experience in B2C Real Estate direct sales / Residential sales of a minimum of 2-4 years.
Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
Saturday & Sundays are working. Tuesday is a week off. Flexible in timings is a must.
Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills.
Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects.
Must have good analytical skills. Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions.
High levels of passion and ownership.
