Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in both domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
• Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and acquire new clients, distributors, and channel partners in export and domestic markets.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting paint raw materials to manufacturers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets and expansion of business across different regions.
• Product & Brand Management:
  • Work closely with the product development team to introduce new paint raw materials based on market demand.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales tools to support business objectives.
• Export & Domestic Market Operations:
  • Manage and oversee export and domestic marketing operations, including pricing, logistics, and compliance with trade regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with international distributors and clients to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Engage with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and provide technical support related to paint raw materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams for pricing strategies, trade policies, and contract negotiations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of paint raw materials and their applications in the coatings industry.
• Experience in domestic and export marketing, with an understanding of international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and devise strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing domestic and export markets.
