Skills and Responsibilities : JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR CUM STUDENT COUNSELLOR
1. Support CMO and the marketing department’s initiatives with planning,
executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social
media, or content marketing.
2. Coordinate marketing and community events with other members from the
company, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations,
coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing
collateral.
3. Coordinate and send out courses, event, or content email marketing
campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
4. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring
consistent voice and correct grammar.
5. Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing
programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
6. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by
analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and
timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
8. Conduct market research and identify trends.
9. Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and
forecasts.
10. Handle all social media handles and ensure daily posts and promotions.
11. Coordinate with the designer to ensure high quality, consistent posts and
other marketing collateral.
12. Contact potential or existing students to inform them about a new course or an existing course
using scripts.
13. Answer questions about different courses provided by the company.
14. Ask questions to understand students’ requirements and close sales.
15. Direct prospects to the senior members when needed, especially if this relates to technical
issues.
16. Counsel students as motherly figure.
17. Follow-up by making calls for any queries and provide resolution for the queries asked by the
students.
18. Enter and update student’s information in the database.
19. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
20. Handle students’ grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and inform relevant faculty
immediately.
21. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales. Contact potential or existing
students to inform them about a new course.
