1)Creating item master, Customer/Vendor in BP Master data, Tax Codes, G/L Accounts, Warehouse, numbering, User etc.,
2) Assigning General Authorization, License Authorization for users.
3) Handling & Troubleshooting all Sap Issues.
4) Training of SAP to the Users as per company process
5) Maintaining backups, Restore Backup
6) Crystal Layout preparation
7) Excellent on SQL query for giving desired report from System.
8) Proactively identify & assess risk and escalate to the management
