Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and train telesales representatives to ensure team readiness.
Assist in developing and refining effective sales strategies and scripts.
Implement sales plans and continuously monitor their performance and effectiveness.
Analyze the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole.
Set and manage weekly and monthly sales targets aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and present detailed, accurate sales performance reports to management.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Maintain an up-to-date record of all essential customer information in the CRM/database.
Record details of sales calls and meetings for reference and quality assurance.
Track and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team regularly.
Respond promptly to urgent client requests and operational needs.
Requirements:
2–4 years of loan sales experience (at least 1 year in a lead role).
Strong leadership, CRM, and communication skills.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
