Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local property dealers and brokers in Zirakpur.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
