Location;- Gurgaon ( Candidate must have good knowledge of location)

.Must have car.Real Estate Agent Duties and Responsibilities.
 Assist sellers in advising benefits of investing in the new property.
 Advice on pricing and location benefits
 Assist buyers in finding the right property for their needs
 Negotiate sale
 Advise owners on cost and expenses
 Maintain a positive relationship with clients
 Advise clients on the buying process, website and brochures and market conditions
 Show properties to potential buyers in a site visit.
 Follow systems, reporting and company process.

Real Estate Manager Requirements and Qualifications

 Graduation degree or equivalent; higher education degree preferred
 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
 Knowledge of real estate sales process
 Organised and able to create multiple timelines and schedules
 Experience with property management software
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

 Must own a car.
