Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the production team to align sales strategies with manufacturing capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Production Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Experience in the manufacturing, production, or industrial sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with supply chain management and production planning.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations (if applicable).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
