Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, manufacturing, and manufacturing automobile industries, with at least 10 years of experience in production management. The role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee and manage the entire production planning and process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
 Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
 Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
 Lead, mentor, and train production teams to improve performance and maintain high operational standards.
 Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
 Manage production budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation effectively.
 Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
 Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other efficiency methodologies to improve operations.
 Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and delays.
 Coordinate with senior management to align production strategies with company goals.
 Aware and documentation of ISO-9001,TS MASE IATF -16949 quality system.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing,
 Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
 Minimum 10 years of experience in production management within mechanical, manufacturing, productivity automobile industries.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Proven experience in optimizing production processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
 In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
