1. Oversee workforce of the manufacturing facility.
2. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity.
3. Set ambitious production goals and motivate & guide the team to achieve the same.
4. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency
5. Draft production report, discuss the same with management and then Create schedule for
employees
6. Ensure optimum staffing levels to deliver projects on time.
7. Ensure project time-lines are met.
8. Arrange material beforehand so that the production does not halt.
