• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance on product suitability.
• Outbound calls and inbound calls.
• Generating quality leads to support the sales team.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and challenges, offering effective solutions and strategies.
• Engage with potential client and schedule meetings.
• Responsible for handling inbound calls and outbound calls to interact with the clients
• Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service
