Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the construction field, should be fluent in Kannada well.

We guide our customers through the decisions, providing fresh options and then stand back while they make their choices. Space crafters supervise the entire project from start to finish. As a designer with our firm, you are expected to:-

· Drive the design process end to end (including sketching and drafting – 2D and 3D are mandatory)

· Deliver both, modern & contemporary designs, incorporating the latest materials, design concepts and finishes.

· Apply technical, material and functional knowledge with an aesthetic sense that befits the customer

· Showcase good thinking and problem-solving skills that are relevant to our line of work

· Prepare detailed BOQs

· Assess the status of projects and follow up on-site/project progress

· Execute detailed and pinpointed quality checks to ensure design and execution are in-line

· Showcase great communication skills while working with the founders and other stakeholders

· Be thirsty to learn and keep oneself abreast of new technologies, materials and design principles

· Showcase integrity and sincerity to the role and to the firm

UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization, Diploma in Architecture, Any Specialization, Fashion Designing/Other Designing, B.Sc in Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
