Key Responsibilities
• Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to cold and warm leads provided by the company
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads
• Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and product understanding
• Convert interested leads into paid customers
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-ups in CRM
Skills & Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
• Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Prior telecalling or inside sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
Salary & Incentives
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives
• Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ■40,000 upon target achievement
