Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
· Incumbent would be responsible for end to end HR strategy deployment / facilitation for relevant functions.
· Drive and deploy HR procedures, policies and processes across assigned functions.
· Provide HR support to achieve business unit objectives.
· Drive a culture of performance, results and positive employee relations.
· Execute reward & recognition strategy within assigned functions.
· Conduct assessments, respond to employee feedback and execute employee engagement.
· Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
· Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
· Ensure the effective deployment of organizational values and play appropriate role in building positive culture.
· Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of HR Operations.
· Building up strategy for identifying key resource for recruitment and identifying key talent within the organization
Strategy
· Co-create the entire people strategy including effective Manpower Planning and Forecasting system
· Deploy & implement strategy within assigned channels in order to Complete HR Strategy planning
Requirements
· Preferably Management Degree with specialization in Human Resources from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
· Past experience of working with retail brand.
