1. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals / newspapers / social platforms / hostels, employee referrals etc.
2. Working with recruitment agencies to source right fit candidate.
3. Screening & interviewing potential candidates from multiple recruitment sources
4. To conduct first round of telephonic and face to face or interview for the candidates.
5. Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills, learning skills, experience and aptitudes to select only apt candidates for the specific job.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education- Any Graduate

• Should possess Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven recruiting experience for bulk telesales and client service positions. (Consultancy or corporate)
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews to test candidates’ specific competencies (telephonic interviewing, face-to-face interviewing, negotiating, reference check etc.)
• Communicating employer information and benefits during selection process

• Strong decision making skills and sound judgment
