Experience – 2 to 4 Years
Salary –  8 to 24 LPA
Gender – Any
WFO –  Work from Office Only
Location – Mumbai

Job Description:

a. Supporting the development, adoption, and implementation of any HR
initiatives, policies, and systems as introduced by the Firm from time to time.
This may include HR initiatives such as institutionalizing lawyer
rotations, mentoring programs, among other initiatives.]
b. Supporting the management in addressing disciplinary and grievance issues.
c. Assisting in team structuring, recruitment planning, defining KRAs, and

maintaining the organization chart.

d. Compensation benchmarking and conducting competitive benefits analysis.

2. Recruitment

a. Preparing position descriptions, overseeing the talent acquisition process,
and supervising the applicant life cycle including the coordination with
relevant stakeholders.
b. Monitoring position requisitions and liaising with recruiters for sourcing
applicants to fulfil Firm requirements.
c. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to perform first-level
checks.

d. Providing weekly updates to the management on the recruitment pipeline and
other relevant performance metrics.

3. Onboarding, Orientation, and Separation

a. Supervising the onboarding process for lawyers and staff.
b. Conducting and coordinating role-specific orientation sessions for incoming
lawyers and staff.

c. Supervising the separation process for lawyers and staff.
d. Conducting and analysing exit interviews.
a. Record-keeping and archiving of lawyer and staff data.

4. Training and Development

a. Assisting in designing and expanding the training and development
programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the resources.
b. Assisting Partners and KgM in organising training sessions on an as-needed
basis.

5. Payroll Management and Appraisals

a. Assisting the management in running the annual incentives and increments
exercise.
b. Supervising the disbursements of accurate and timely incentives and
increments.

c. Assisting in tracking leaves, probation, and reimbursements data for payroll
processing.

6. Internships

a. Supervising the internships program.
b. Liaising with external internships coordinator for sourcing and assessing
interns.
