About the Role
We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Mumbai office. This role involves working closely with the Senior Manager – Human Resources to support day-to-day HR operations, manage HR-related data, and contribute to reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
2. Generate and analyse HR reports using Excel and other tools.
3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
4. Assist in HR audits, compliance tracking, and documentation.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related initiatives and communication.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Post Graduate, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data management (internships included).
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
