Responsibilities:
● YouTube Thumbnail Creation:
○ Design eye-catching and click-worthy thumbnails that accurately represent video content and attract viewers.
○ Develop visually appealing layouts, typography, and color schemes that align with brand guidelines and YouTube best practices.
○ Collaborate with content creators to understand video themes and target audiences.
○ Maintain consistency in thumbnail style and branding across all videos.
● Image Enhancement & Color Grading:
○ Perform professional-level color grading and image retouching on raw photographs.
● AI Image Generation & Integration:
○ Utilize AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo AI, Lexica) to create or enhance visual assets.
○ Integrate AI-generated images seamlessly into thumbnail and image design workflows.
○ Stay up-to-date with the latest AI image generation trends and techniques.
● Content Gathering & Asset Management:
○ Research and gather relevant imagery, stock photos, and other visual assets.
● Maintain a fast pace work flow, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
● 1+ year graphic design experience.
● Expert in Adobe Photoshop.
● Proficient in AI image generation tools.
● Proven ability to create engaging YouTube thumbnails.
● Excellent image editing and color grading.
● Fast-paced work ethic and strong time management.
