We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Chandigarh and will focus on building relationships with architects, contractors, and builders in Chandigarh and the surrounding areas. The role involves promoting our products and driving sales growth through effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients, including architects, contractors, and builders.
• Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present and demonstrate the company’s products and solutions effectively.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to the sales manager on market conditions and client interactions.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, client meetings, and revenue generation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong network of contacts in the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Chandigarh and nearby areas.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
