Read More »Responsibilities:
– Organize and manage legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
– Perform legal research and assist with the drafting of correspondence and legal documents under the direction of a lawyer.
– Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
– Maintain attorneys’ calendars and scheduling appointments, court appearances, and client meetings.
– Answer phones, greet clients, and assist with client intake and communication.
– File and organize electronic and paper documents, ensuring their timely and accurate delivery.
– Assist with court filings, including e-filing and physical filing.
– Manage billable hours and generate client invoices.
– Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining a library of resources, and performing other tasks assigned by lawyers.
– Performing and manging Social Digital Media.
Requirements:
– Graduate
– 6 months experience or knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal-specific software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
