Job Description:

We are seeking Execution Engineers – Test Services for immediate hiring in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Vizag. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in testing and validation within the pharmaceutical industry and a proven ability to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation activities at client sites.
• Manage customer interactions effectively and professionally.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and service protocols.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Perform site visits involving extensive travel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as per project standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within test services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hardcore site experience as a Testing & Validation Engineer.
• Extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer handling abilities.
• Must be physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a consistent high performer.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering / B.Sc (Science Background)
