About the Role :-
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused professional to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide the right rental solutions. You’ll engage with enterprise clients, understand their IT needs, share suitable rental options, coordinate internally, and ensure smooth order execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enterprise leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements — quantity, specifications, duration, and delivery location.
Prepare and share commercial quotations aligned with company pricing.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and delivery.
Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Build relationships with customers for renewals and repeat business.
Represent the brand with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Skills & Attributes
Goodlistening and negotiation skills.
Empathyand positive attitude toward customers.
Ability to gather requirements and suggest the right solution.
Organized, confident communicator, and process-driven.
Basic understanding of IT products (laptops, desktops, servers) preferred.
Comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools.
Experience & Qualification
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Client Servicing (IT hardware, SaaS, or related field preferred).
