JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries (Australian international
process).
Should possess good verbal and written English communication skills.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, e-mail, or social media.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Warming calling to prospects.
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal teams.
Should have descent keyboard and mouse handling skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Should Possess good verbal & written in English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Be precise at work.
Should be a quick learner.
Take ownership on calls/Emails & ability to solve customer complaints.
Should have the tenacity to learn & up skill.
Should be good with MS Office skills.
