Experience:- 6 months – 1 year
Salary:-12-18k PM + Overtime
Location:- Ludhiana

Skills:- with excellent communication skills ( written & verbal ) & knowledge of E-mail & MS- Excel.
Qualification –BAMS , Bachelors in Pharmacy , Biotechnology , Microbiology , Biochemistry ,Food Technology
Responsibilities –
Ø Answer calls professionally to provide information about products
Ø Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Ø Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Ø Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Ø Answer questions about products or the company
Ø Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Ø Enter and update customer information in the database
Ø Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Ø Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
