Key Responsibilities:

 Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional
manner.
 Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
 Provide accurate information about products and services.
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are
handled with care and attention.
 Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
 Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
 Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
 Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and
customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
 Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international
environment.
 Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
 Flexibility to work during Australian business hours.
