Designation  – Corporate B2B IT Training – Customer Success Manager
Experience – Min 2 years
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
CTC: As per market
Gender – Any

Work Hours:
1. FOR USA Shift – Must be willing to work Night shifts which will be 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST.
2. FOR INDIA Shift – Work hours are 10 AM to 7 PM IST

Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced person in Corporate Sales and operations with Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, project life
cycles. Our ideal joiner must have good English communication skills and hands-on sales and operations experience handling corporate
training requirements. USA Accents are preferred.

Requirements:

1. Spoken English skills should be 8/10 or more.
2. USA accent preferred
3. Prior experience in Corporate Sales and operations is a MUST.
4. Linkedin and Linkedin Sales Navigator exp is a must
5. Google Apps and Google drive experience is a must
6. Work hours are 10 am to 7 pm IST

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for handling the Sales and operations for Existing clients and continuous follow-ups.
 This is not a Role for getting New Business.

2. You will connect and understand the client’s requirement
3. Work with Trainers and setup Tech calls and work with the TA (Trainer acquisition) team
4. Rate negotiations with the client
5. Overseeing the Training delivery process with the help of Support team
4. Continuous follow-ups to get New requirements
