Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, fixtures, offsets, and machining parameters.
• Ability to read technical drawings, GD&T, and engineering documentation.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Kaizen (preferred).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, or related field.
