Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client relationship executive to manage the end-to-end processing of digital signature certificate applications for corporate clients. The role involves document verification, application submission, customer coordination, KYC validation, and certificate issuance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) applications for organizations and individuals.
- Verify KYC documents and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required documentation and application details.
- Assist applicants with Video KYC, OTP verification, and authentication processes.
- Submit applications on Certifying Authority (CA) portals and monitor their status.
- Follow up with clients and Certifying Authorities to ensure timely issuance of certificates.
- Maintain records of applications, approvals, and issued certificates.
- Resolve application-related queries and coordinate with support teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with Certifying Authority guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Understanding of KYC processes and document verification.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations, KYC, documentation, compliance, or customer support.
Preferred Experience
- DSC processing and issuance.
- KYC verification.
