Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client relationship executive to manage the end-to-end processing of digital signature certificate applications for corporate clients. The role involves document verification, application submission, customer coordination, KYC validation, and certificate issuance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) applications for organizations and individuals.
  • Verify KYC documents and supporting documents submitted by applicants.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain required documentation and application details.
  • Assist applicants with Video KYC, OTP verification, and authentication processes.
  • Submit applications on Certifying Authority (CA) portals and monitor their status.
  • Follow up with clients and Certifying Authorities to ensure timely issuance of certificates.
  • Maintain records of applications, approvals, and issued certificates.
  • Resolve application-related queries and coordinate with support teams when required.
  • Ensure compliance with Certifying Authority guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Understanding of KYC processes and document verification.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, KYC, documentation, compliance, or customer support.

Preferred Experience

  • DSC processing and issuance.
  • KYC verification.
  • Document management.
  • Operations or back-office processing.
  • Customer support and client coordination.
