Key Responsibilities

• Monitor manpower, material availability, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills

• Strong site coordination and project execution skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage contractors and site workforce.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

• Male candidates with 2–5 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate projects.
• Experience in residential or commercial project execution will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently.
