We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (Freight
Forwarding dept) to expand our clientele.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong
relationships by on-boarding new clients.
Candidates should be Graduate, Computer Literate with good English
Communications and Interpersonal Skill.
Should have 8 to 10 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding field.
Export/Import market sector knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills with Shippers/Exporters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new Export/Import markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s services addressing clients’ objectives.
Build long-term relationships with new customers.
Encourage existing teams into valuable salespeople.
Work closely with other Sales Representatives to identify and close new business deals or
expand existing business opportunities.
Planning and executing new marketing initiatives.
Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Pricing
desk.
