JOB DUTIES ;
• Delivery of annual sales targets for all products .
• Identifying regional channels/recruitment partners to ensure optimal RIO and sales effectiveness
• Formulating and implementing all aspects of the agent performance strategy
• Negotiation and management of commercial terms with the regional agent network
• Handling Student Recruitment activities and developing strong links with key influencers within India
• agent relationship Management- support and develop the agent network, providing information and training and a high level of service in response to enquiries
• assist with promotional activity to raise the profile of the College in the territory, including participation in education exhibitions and fairs by agents, Training session of counsellors
• collection of data and market intelligence to develop appropriate student recruitment activities
• processing student application form, taking decisions on applications and delivering student offers
• agent relationship Management- support and develop the agent network, providing information and training and a high level of service in response to enquiries
• assist with promotional activity to raise the profile of the University in India, including academic missions, research initiatives, participation in education exhibitions and fairs, alumni events, scholarships and institutional collaborative programme activity in territory
• recruitment of agents and delivery of agent training workshops
• developing and leading CRM activity for student conversions
• collection of data and market intelligence to develop appropriate student recruitment activities
• representing University at various forums, Education fairs, delivery of presentation in schools and colleges, Fairs/exhibitions in respective territory .
• organising lectures in school and Colleges to support recruitment
