• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industries for targeted marketing campaigns,
with a focus on property portals.
Client Acquisition:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, especially those in property portals, to understand
their business needs and objectives.
• Present company services and solutions to prospects effectively, highlighting the value proposition and competitive
advantages.
Proposal Development:
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client objectives and expectations, with
an emphasis on property portal industry expertise.
Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, particularly those within property portals, to
secure profitable business deals.
• Close sales deals and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in property portals to
position the company as an industry leader.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs within the property
portal sector.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to service
delivery.
• Foster a collaborative environment to maximize overall company performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3 + years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably with experience in property
(Real Estate portals within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
