Job description
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, extremely organized person to provide support to our
client’s staffing needs. The person will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates
from both conventional and unconventional resources to help various positions and on
occasion other positions within the company. This position may require travel outside India and
be responsible for representing us at different events.
Responsibilities
ï‚· Develop and execute recruitment in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings.
ï‚· Conducts sourcing activities which may include but is not limited to cold calling, utilizing
social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and
professional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings.
ï‚· Survey and research of potential consultants in US through net search, teleconference,
email marketing, online bidding and other medium.
ï‚· To contact the final list of potential consultants/customers through all types of medium
such as E-mails, Telephonic Calls & Meetings.
ï‚· Manage existing account/customer relationships, generating leads & understanding the
requirements of the consultants.
ï‚· Builds a qualified talent pipeline and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
ï‚· Qualifies, presents and schedules candidates to fulfill client requirements.
ï‚· Keeps current with candidate sourcing techniques and resources.
ï‚· Works collaboratively with Marketing Team and follows up on leads in a timely manner
ï‚· Preparation of project product proposal and seek approval from the management
ï‚· Preparation of Marketing & Business Development material such as Introduction
Letters, Proposals and collaterals.
ï‚· Business development and portfolio Management.
ï‚· Functional area would be recruitment and business development.
Requirements
ï‚· Excellent written, verbal English communication skills
ï‚· Graduate/ Post Graduate
ï‚· Should have basic technical understanding
 Strong US Staffing Market intelligence a MUST (IT/ non – IT Recruitment)
ï‚· Ensure Delivery and meet monthly/ quarterly targets
ï‚· Ability to establish a cooperative, collaborative working environment
ï‚· Character is more important than any level of skill, experience, or education
ï‚· Willing to travel out of India when required to attend conferences, seminars and to
present us on different platforms.
