Job Description: Assistant Director
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate to: –
➢ Manage the Daily client support function via excellent written and verbal communication
➢ Lead a team of experienced staff members who are all PGs/MBAs with an experience of 3+years
➢ Expand our clientele, provide support to the existing clients, and manage internal operations.
➢ Help drive continuous improvement of our service levels and an excellent client experience.
➢ Help drive business growth by participating in the development of Sales,
The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
• Leading the existing teams and managing the functions of Sales and Client Support.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring impeccable customer service.
• Interacting with our potential & existing high potential clients across the Globe, about the
products that we offer.
• Taking charge of the headcount requirement and assisting in hiring, as and when required.
• Training, grooming, mentoring and performance management of the junior team members.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
• Study the ongoing economic events in the global capital market. Help the team in developing
and writing research reports and publications to be presented to global clients.
• Any other work streams as required for the growth and development of the Business.
Qualification and Skills Required:
• CA/MBA Finance/ MA Economics/ M.Com. with prior work experience of 8-10 years.
• Experience of 5-7 years working in a Global Client Support role within the Financial services
industry.
