specified field.
• A minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Job description:
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
• Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate.
• Good knowledge of mail drafting.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Keep records of calls.
