* Must have handled team of 10-15 associates.
* Should have an understanding about the outbound KPI’s and KRA’s
* Should be able to manage the shrinkage & attrition of team.
* Should be well versed with MS EXCEL
* Should have a dialer understanding and reports like
Occupancy/Shrinkage/Attrition
* Should have good team handling skills.
