Job Description
 Understand Client requirements, modification instructions.
 Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
 Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations
 Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries
 Good experience in handling corporate, especially Groups/MICE Relationship
building with corporate.
 Thorough International & Domestic Destination knowledge (MUST)
 Needs to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through good
relations.
 Handling tours (Corporate, Groups) and handling all MICE tours from start to end
Requirements
 Energetic team leader with a high level of adaptability and enthusiasm
 Staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and
team
 Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
 Excellent written and verbal communication
