Developer should handle databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients/staff requirements. Depending on context, they should be able to handle mobile stack, a Web stack, or a native application stack.
Tools to handle: Complete knowledge on PHP, Codeigniter, Frame work, MySQL database.
Designing: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, AJax, XML(minimum knowledge).
