Job description:-

− Working across both inbound and outbound customer service/sales

− Interacting with our potential & existing clients across the Globe, about the products that we offer

− Managing Sales campaigns and taking projects from concept to completion

− Delivery of exceptional service through phone and email communications with clients

− Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems

− Developing and executing your personal strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets

− Provide live chat support and ticket support to clients

Skills :

− The candidate must have an analytical mindset and an excellent command on English. Both written and verbal skills are an essential requirement.This is a demanding position and it is suitable for candidates who have the ability to learn quickly, multi task and work under pressure.
