Hiring for Sales Associate for Males in Jewellery store for Chandigarh Location

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Account abilities:

Sales

· Meet and exceed sales targets

· Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic

· Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases

· Target new/specific jewelry product to existing clientele.

· Assist your team members at all times

· Opening and closing responsibilities to be completed in both inventory and point of sale areas

· Working well with others and have solid communication skills to be used with customers, management, store personnel, etc.

Post Sales Service

· Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product maintenance.

· Use all available resources to problem solving.

· Keep management informed of potential product as well as client issues.

· Follow up

Qualifications

· Previous luxury retail/service experience

· Highly motivated with a healthy work attitude and ethic

· Self-starter with keen problem solving skills

· Focused attention to detail

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel – Word – PowerPoint etc.)
