Job Description:
Should have follow ups skills
Updating Customer data, Preparing Proforma Invoice of customers in company’s software.
Responsible for providing back office support to the sales team.
Responsible for handling incoming calls, preparing sales reports and other duties as and when required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Problem-solving skills & strong organizational skills.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment.
Proficiency in MSOffice applications.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and compellingly with colleagues and management.
A positive attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to solutions and an ability to
work both independently and across functional teams.
Well versed in excel and MS-office.
