2) To Understand the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
3) Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.
4) Assisting passengers with their travel related queries while maintaining customer
satisfaction.
5) To have excellent communication skills and should feel comfortable interacting
professionally with the customers through phone.
6) Help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s
rapid and sustainable growth.
7) Booking of USA Domestic and International Flight tickets online.
