Destination:- Regional Manager(Sales)

Salary: 7 – 9 LPA

Experience:-   6-8  yrs
Gender preference:- Male

Age : 30 – 35 yrs
Location:- Chennai

Qualification:-  BE/B.Tech ( Mechanical, Elect, Instrumentation, Electronics, Industrial, Automobile streams only ), MBA will be an added advantage

Job Description:-

− Should be able to handle pressure, bigger challenges, go-getter, result-driven techno-

− commercial professional

− Should have engaging personality, should be tracking enthusiast; catching every fine

− nuisances, out of the box thinking, readiness for removing comfort & cushions

− Should be conversant in understanding, analyzing & providing necessary solutions for the

− large/medium size projects, preferably from material handling or conveyor system sales

− history

− Should have proven track record of achieving 20-30 % organic growth year after year in

− the assigned territory and addition of maximum number of new customers

− Must have thorough understanding of local market, creating road map, establishing

− segment & industry matrix, Vendor registration, OEMs & EPCs. Knowledge of Automobile,

− Auto Component & Ancillaries companies will be preferred.

− Should be proficient in building networks, creating long lasting relationships, value

− addition calls, dealing with senior stake holders & identifying new prospects.

− Should be an influencer with a knack about application based selling, basic design &

− drawing knowledge

− Should possess excellent presentation skills to engage customers, robust market intel,

− competition evaluation, new techno-advancement

− Should be ready for extensive travelling , minimum 20 days

− Should be a master in negotiation skills to handle both primary level & secondary level

customers across the industries

− Should be a process follower, proactive in reporting discipline, projection & closing the

case with quick turnaround time with a high hit rate
