Job description:-

• Develops and documents testing strategies and methodologies.

• Identifies risks/potential problems to testing methodologies that introduce excessive risk to the

delivery of a system or to the final product. Quantifies risk, identifies alternative solutions.

• Reviews test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure consistency with strategic direction,

goals and objectives.

• Responsible for identification and implementation of process improvements that span

department.

• Understand the business functionality and define over all test strategy.

• Capability to understand the big picture – system / app / product and weave in a comprehensive

test plan

• Proactively manage test readiness, environments, test data quality, resource alignment to meet

business objectives.

• Write, debug and maintain test scripts, test cases for manual testing and utilize automation

frameworks.

• Develop automated scripts for features, defects and regression testing.

• Well versed with Security testing.

• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem

resolution.

• Excellent communications skills: Good oral English skills and excellent written English skills

• Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives

• Establishment of a Quality Assurance and Test Centre (QATC) Capacities.

• Able to adjust to rapid change in a dynamic field of work.
