Skill Sets requirements
• Male candidate with 5-6 years of proven experience in handling Raw Material Purchase, Subcontract and Special processes.
• Good in material master data management, quotation, PR, PO generation, Service Order generation, strategy in manufacturing.
• Very good in oral and written communication skills, Good in analytical and presentation and negotiation technics.
• Planning and scheduling the purchase of Raw material, arranging for Subcontract based on the inhouse capacity.
• Material planning as per the customer schedule and forecast, Maintaining the stock levels and identifying the purchasing needs.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Will be responsible for overall purchase & sourcing activities of the company.
• Evaluate and monitor performance of existing suppliers.
• Selection of new suppliers, evaluating them for technically and financially based on requirement.
• Physical verification of inventory at regular intervals.
• Knowledge of logistics and its operations.
• Have techno- commercial knowledge of engineering products, costing knowledge.
• Knowledge on GST / Service taxes.
• Experience in TIER 1 or TIER 2 automotive companies.
• Inventory control.
• Preparing cost estimation and managing budgets.
• Coordination with internal team for their purchase needs, arranging the same within the stipulated time.
• Good Knowledge of Indirect materials, consumables.
• Good Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
• Daily MIS Reporting.
• Processing the invoice for payments.
• Knowledge of Import/ Export procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO/ IATF/ LEAN systems.
• Coordination with quality/ production for parts clearance.
